VWS2782 © Copyright VW Selburn 2011: Someone is always going somewhere and every time I see this concentration of vehicles representing travelling I always wish I were one of the passengers even though I am never comfortable travelling by bus. I like to drive, and when I was 16 I wanted to be a lorry dirver... but if there had been coaches on the road that looked like this I think I would have wanted to be a coach driver. However, I took this photograph to demonstrate a couple of drivers taking a big chance in overtaking the moving coach, which clearly had to brake because the drivers were not paying attention to the small island in the centre of the carriageway as they overtook him. Note that I was on foot when I took this photograph!
Things are getting crazy. It's kind of ridiculous. Haha, Ris got me saying that word! My life is hard to explain right now. I haven't taken a picture in so long. I just developed these a few days ago and this is really the only one that I like. I'm glad that this is the only good one that came out though, because It's a beautiful picture of two wonderful creations in the home of my best friend. We almost died the other night. Or maybe we didn't reallllly almost die, but it felt that way. Once my friend told me that we live for moments like that because it reminds us that we're alive.
I never felt so alive which is funny because I’ve never died so I should always feel the way I did that night.
"And that’s why no matter how many nights I stay up typing my depressing lonely thoughts of how ____ has just abandoned me in this huge scary world, I will never be able to quit because it’s the only thing that lets me forget how abandoned I am and how huge and scary this place is."
Ris quit and she is still just as, if not more, fun than she ever was. It's inspiring. The picture means more to mean than it means to anyone else I think. I don't know that's a good thing or a bad thing, but I like it.
Another pot needed moving down to the front to get even more sun. I adore how the moss roses are coming on, and even the marigolds are now eventually opening up! I hope we get runner bean flowers soon. And STILL... NO CAT POO! Hurrah for The Big Cheese! :D
