Do you think he made the 8 seconds? More posts to follow.

I am not entirely sure if i've mentioned it on Flickr before, but on the 8th of May 2010 I am getting married!! It's been crazy hard work trying to sort everything out but i've had some incredible help from my family and my fiance's family. I have my wedding dress on order too!
Jeanie decided she should look over some of the plans and things i've bought to make the wedding invites :) (My pictures keep getting worse and worse!!!)
For anyone who wants to see my dress here is the link. (Picture is from Mon Cheri wedding dresses. This is not me in the photo) PLEASE don't click if you're Rob :P :P

For Texture Tuesday.
XOXO,
I was still getting used to this camera, so I accidentally turned the exposure up a bit - some of the photos are a bit over-exposed!
It’s supposed to get down to ~4C tonight so we turned on the heater earlier this evening to try to keep the house a bit warmer in the night. Tigger and Argent are clearly delighted by the extra heat...
[Later: It got down to 1.6C and felt like it in the morning...]
and if you have something to say, and have enough courage to be called alive, say it right away into my face or shut up forever and be forgotten.
When you're on snow in July, you know you're high :)
In the left center of this shot is the headwaters of French Creek.

Summer 2014 2nd leg: "Getting High"
July 5: Crags Campground to Michigan Creek CG to do a hike up to French Pass.
This is a short set (well, it should be shorter than it is but I had trouble culling out enough to make it short) from that hike. It was a beauty of a hike, and we had the perfect day for it.
A CN foreman gets his high-rail truck on the main as he prepares to lead a train out of North Vancouver, BC. The ominous weather was deceiving as the clouds would soon open up with a wonderful sunset.
Found this clunker the other day, it seems to have undergone some moving abuse. I loaded it up with some expired Portra so we'll see how extensive the damage is.

Bucks are going into rut around here already. Mating season runs generally from October - December. These two were getting aggressive with each other in the midst of today's heavy snowstorm. I watched them out my window spar with each other for about 15 minutes until they moved off. (6 miles west of Buena Vista, Colorado)

Ei gente! Fugindo do desafio halloween de novo... Venho mostrar o CG holográfico Get Outta my Space. Eu tinha até tirado outra foto bem melhor, mas não tava mostrando o beleza do holo, já que ele só ganha esse efeito no sol mesmo. Aí eu passei duas camadinhas, mas ele secou tão rápido que fiquei com dó de passar TC.
Beijos!
We entered through the doorway into the room. I really have no idea what this is supposed to be in all honesty, as far as I can tell it does look like some kind of observation deck as I predicted. The back wall had stained windows just like the other areas of the building. The viewing window had clear glass for obvious reasons; all of which was shattered out. Dust was collected in piles just like anywhere else, that and broken glass. Some wiring and other bulk construction material was left lying around. I pull out my Geiger counter and started the same routine.
Phin - “And…it’s clean.”
Cristy - “Good.”
Cristy moves over to the far side of the room while I follow along. She leans her crowbar against the wall, pulls her backpack off her shoulders and plops it on the floor. I pull my respirator down before taking the one rifle off my back and leaning it by the window. Cristy dusts off her hands before pulling off her gas mask and dropping it onto her pack. She then grabs at her beanie and strips it off her head; finally giving me a full look at her hair. ‘Looked like it was just recovering from one of those pixie cuts I’d heard about, in all honestly though it looked pretty cute. She drops her beanie on her bag and starts ruffling her hair with both hands. I got caught staring again as she looks over to me, she runs her hands down from her head to the back of her neck.
Cristy - “What?”
Her voice wasn't as stern as the other day when she's asked that. I pull down my hood and jerked up.
Phin - “Op-, heh, sorry. Eh, ‘seems like I just can’t keep my eyes to myself.”
She gives a faint smile.
Cristy - “Well, I guess I'll take it as a compliment.”
She bends down, zips open her bag and starts pulling out the wood she’d salvaged.
Cristy - “Alright, let’s start getting a fire going. There's probably plenty of scraps of paper that are still around in here. Go find some, would you?"
Phin - “Sure thing.”
I sat my rifle down and we both got to work.
