Aug. 13, 2009 -- Centered on the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) New Campus East project site, this photo illustration is a combination of several photos, and gives an aerial view of Fort Belvoir North Area, Va.
Design and construction of the NGA New Campus East project is being managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District.
Capt. Joseph Reid Jr., the geospatial cell officer in charge for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, is honored for his service to the Army along with his family during a Celebration of Service January 12 at the Hale Ikena on Fort Shafter, Hawaii. (RELEASED) Sept. 23, 2009 -- A view of scaffolding which is being erected between the north and south wings of the Main Office Building at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency New Campus East project site at Fort Belvoir North Area, Va. The arch shown above the scaffolding is the first of several which will be used to mount the atrium roof. Once enclosed, the atrium will join the north and south wings.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District is managing design and construction of the $1.77 billion New Campus East.
