taken by my eight-year-old son in a munich subway station with the sony a7cr i loaned him, this photo captures a moment of transition and reflection. a man, carrying a large bag over his shoulder, ascends the escalator. the glass wall beside him mirrors his figure, enhancing the sense of movement and travel. light gently filters from above, illuminating the scene, while the parallel lines of the stairs and escalator create intriguing geometry. the use of automatic settings and lightroom post-processing helped highlight the colors and contrasts, making the image crisp and vibrant. this photo illustrates how even a simple moment in a subway station can tell a story, especially when seen through the lens of a child.
