The city wasn't clearing the alley of snow, so the garbage trucks stopped coming to my building. Pretty nasty.

I unlearnt photography shooting garbage as Fine Art.
As I cannot afford going out of Mumbai I decided to shoot the common garbage dumps that pay unconditional homage to Modijis Swacch Bharat.
If only this could be applicable to politics and politicians bureaucrats and police and other places where corruption raises it's ugly head.
I mean if I had money or a sponsor I could publish a coffee table book on garbage dumps.. Think about it..
Garbage is home science.. If you watch a garbage dump observe it seriously passionately you will know what kind of a house the garbage came from I am not talking about used condoms or used menstrual pads.
If I was educated I am a incorrigible drop out I could have done a visual thesis on our iconic garbage.
Mind you despite the plastic ban the large part of a garbage dump has plastic bottle bags and other plastic items.
You can't prove me wrong no matter what.
I should be remembered after I am dead and gone as the founder of Garbage Photography under the aegis of Modijis Swacch Bharat.
Earlier during BJP free Bandra the Congress called a spade a spade and garbage only as garbage.
Modiji added a sense of Poetry to Garbage and the rest is history in Congress Free Bandra.
I shot garbage in both the regimes seamlessly passionately.
My life in Bandra would be a void without Garbage ..Garbage gave me a sense of identity and bearings.
I was approached by a rich sponsor to give tutorials classes in Garbage photography I refused politely.
They offered me a high end full frame Canon Camera as a gesture of their goodwill I still refused politely.
I told them in my humble tone I am not ready yet.
I groomed both my granddaughters Marziya and Nerjis as street photographers shooting Garbage.
Don't underestimate the power of Garbage.
It has come a long way.

I asked (and paid) one of the engineers from my work to help with a garbage disposal install. I'm not good with plumbing or running new wiring. I can't believe this house had never had one installed.
I rarely post pictures of official sets, but I've really gotta make a plug for the new toy story garbage truck. It's quite a brilliant design in both looks and functionality. It is admittedly a little overpriced, probably due to the minifigs, but in this case, worth the money. Look at that dark green!
I was extremely leery of the pizza planet truck because of the price (and because I don't have much need for yellow parts), but if it's as much fun to build as this was, I may have to bite the bullet and pick one up.
