Shirley Manson's voice sounds the same as when she first started with Garbage. At least I can't tell the difference. She gave a very nice performance.

The cart to the right is a Heil that is owned by the City of Norfolk, VA, Department of Waste Management and is used for household garbage. The blue one is a Rehrig that is owned by the Southeastern Public Service Authority (SPSA) and is used for recycling.
The Heil's were delivered in the early 1990s. The recycling cart was delivered in the early 2000s.

My challenge to myself: take a total garbage shot and do something with it. I am attracted by that bit of mysterious light in the center background.
A leaf on a bear-proof garbage can on a wet day. It must have felt very unwanted!
