This was my first time working with studio equipment and lighting. It was also the first time I had worked with models (Lucky they are family).
Taken on Australia Day 2009.
Taken with a Canon EOS 30d, Canon Ex 550 speedlight and 18-55 EFS lens. The speedlight triggered the Modelling lights and Strobe flash. One strobe was fitted with a softbox and the other with a reflective umbrella. A 3 meter black backdrop was used with sheets on the floor.

Future National Park
13 December 2014 -- 347/365
Pawtucket, Rhode Island
Congressman David Cicilline (D-RI) introduced The Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park Establishment Act to define six locations along the Blackstone River National Historic Corridor as a National Park. The measure was also introduced in the Senate by Jack Reed (D-RI). The House passed the measure on December 4th, and yesterday by a vote of 89-11 it passed in the Senate. The bill now goes to President Obama where he is expected to sign it without opposition. Today's photo shows site #5 in the new Park: Slater Mill, the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution in North America. This will be the first National Park to be created in Rhode Island. We do have the Roger Williams National Memorial in Providence, but this will be the first Park.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
This is one of my favs. of Tyler ever. He is a little yellow, probably the high contrast and the lighting. This was done in October 2005!
I wanted to make another fantasy hair girl with a smirky smile. Hers mirrors Whimsy's smile! Sisters. <3
Needed to chill after a week I’d rather forget work wise so decided to have a play with one of Jasmins three images from last Saturday in Tesco’s car park. Not too sure on it although do kind of like the result.
