If you want to balance in a handstand, you can do endless core and leg lifts…. Or train your connection in standing poses.
This is a favorite flow:
1. Parsvottanasana: both hands on front ankle, draw ribs in and up, pour into your legs.
2. Transition to Warrior 3 / standing split variation: ideally with both hands still on your ankle. THIS is the balance training!
3. Warrior 1: keep the core connection, pour into your legs, stay heavy in your front heel.
