Norris Geyser Basin is the the hottest geyser basin in Yellowstone National Park. The basin is comprised of two distinct sections: The Back Basin is in a forest setting (at least it was before the 1988 fires, now its more of a regenerating forest setting). It contains geysers and hot springs tucked among the trees. The Porcelain Basin is characterized by a lack of vegetation. No plants can live in thr hot, acidic, water emitted from the numerous thermal features in the basin. Porcelain Basin presents a beautiful but desolate visage which is unlike any of the other geyser basins in Yellowstone.
You can only see this scene in early morning. After 9am heavy fog will disappear.

Vanaf de 28 zitplaatsen in tram 432 van de Société de l'Électrique Lille Roubaix Tourcoing (ELRT) mag niet gespuwd worden. Ook het roken in de motorwagen is verboden. De reiziger kon echter wel genieten van het mooie interieur met boogramen en een fraaie door ornamenten gesteunde lichtkap. Ook aan de vormgeving van de verlichtingsarmaturen is de nodige aandacht besteed opdat de trampassagier zich optimaal in de wagen op zijn of haar gemak voelt.
Dit is het interieur van de rijvaardige museumtram 432 die door de vereniging Amitram ingezet wordt op de museumtramlijn van Wambrechies naar Marquette nabij de Noordfranse stad Lille.
