La Pointe de la Fumée est située à l'extrémité septentrionale de la presqu'île de l'Aiguille à Fouras (Charente-Maritime), au nord du large estuaire de la Charente.
C'est aujourd'hui un haut lieu de l'ostréiculture et le principal embarcadère pour l'île d'Aix.La pointe de la Fumée est un lieu de pêche très apprécié des connaisseurs et des amateurs qui viennent parfois de très loin, en particulier, lors des grandes marées pour la pêche à pieds.
Built in 1847, The Man Mo Temple is a picturesque tribute to the God of Literature (Man) and the God of War (Mo), both of whom were worshipped by ambitious students looking to succeed in the civil examinations of Imperial China. These involved rigorous systems aimed at finding the best administrative officials for the state.
These coil incense were "lighted" by worshipers whose names were written on a red tag hanging from the incense. It is believed lighting these incense will make one's wishes come true.

Up close and personal with the magnificent Maleficent in dragon form as seen in the Festival of Fantasy parade. I like this image because it shows the massive amount of gas fumes that helps make the magic happen.

(Fr) Il arrive parfois que l'envie de sortir pour une photo n'y ait pas du tout. Cela se peut par manque de temps, mauvaise météo, ou plus simplement par la flegme de bouger. Mais il arrive aussi que l'idée vient à partir d'un geste banal, comme ici où j'allumais des baguettes d'encens .

(En) Sometime we don't have the urge to go out and made photograph. This because we have no time, for bad weather, or simply for the phlegm of moving. But sometime, we have good idea of a photograph at home like here when I lit incense stick.
