I saw her. Everything was just like the first time we met. And then she sang colors to me. They came into me and fixed me. I became complete again. I was everything. I was her father her mother her daughter her son, I was the Earth the Sky the Moon and the Sun...
An interpretation of the Highlight Towers at night - Munich - Germany
The scenery reminds me of a flight through the canyons of the death star (Star Wars).
I was standing at the end of Lost Mine Trail of Big Bend National Park, enjoying the beautiful vistas with several mountain ranges, that's Mexico in the distance.
The trail has amazing views of the peaks and basin, uphill all the way with good switchbacks. The end is across a narrow saddle and it gets quite windy.
The view at the peak is worth the tiresome incline with rocky difficult terrain in some places.

Thanks for your visit!

Peggy's Cove Lighthouse, aka Peggy's Point Lighthouse (built in 1915), is one of Nova Scotia’s most well-known and photographed lighthouses in Canada. It's located in the quaint fishing village of Peggy’s Cove along the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
Visitors were reminded to exercise caution at all times, as the ocean water around Peggy’s cove was dangerous. Rogue waves (unpredictable & rough) commonly splash up over the rocks, even on calm, sunny days. Must avoid the wet (slipery) rocks, no swimming and only walk on dry rocks.
With all these precautions in mind, it was a bit nervous wrecking walking on the rocks to search for interesting shooting angles because as the sun faded, the rocks looked darker.
Dark rocks meant wet, white rocks meant dry, but how could you tell once it got dark?!? 🤔🤔🤔
Wishing you a fun-filled weekend, dear photography friends!!! 💕😘
Another way to make a selfie :-)
An impression of the staircase inside the museum "Stahlwelt" (Steelworld) in Linz, Austria.
The giant globes are made of polished steel and illuminated with changing colors. An incredible experience.
The photographer can be seen on the ground in the center :-)
A special thanks to Regina und rudolf.pils for the guided tour through Linz.

It was 35F (1.7C) and super windy out, I was so hoping for a nothing special sky🙏, one just like almost every day's in the past few weeks.
I'm so glad I did go outside after much debating!
Here's the finale, and I hope you like it!
Thank you for your visit! I may not always reply to your kind comments, but please know that I appreciate and enjoy reading them.
Taken from Badlands National Park in South Dakota last June...
"Why are some of the badlands mounds yellow?
As the water level dropped and the sea floor became land, the Pierre Shale (the bottommost rock layer of the Badlands) crumbled into soil and created the Yellow Mounds Formation, so called because of its mustard-like color."
Hope everyone's having a great day/night, thanks for visiting!

Hiked the Chautauqua Trail in Boulder, Colorado, and this was one of the views at the end of the hike from Chautauqua Trail Overlook.
Boulder is a city at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and home of the main campus of the University of Colorado, the state's largest university. The Flatirons are the most prominent feature of Boulder Colorado's landscape, which are slabs of sedimentary stone tilted up on the foothills in the west of the city.
Thanks for stopping by and please enjoy your day!
Isolated, vibrant, and surreal.
The alien-like badlands of New Mexico are among the most beautiful places in New Mexico, definitely a photographer's dreamland.
Photo's taken shortly after sunrise...

Sun rays breaking through the clouds as viewed from the Pisgah Inn on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Asheville, North Carolina.
The evening sky was most gorgeous when we arrived at Mackinaw City on Day Two of our recent UP Michigan Leaf Peeping Trip!
This view was of the eastern sky.
Hmmm, could sunrise be even prettier?

This view was of the northeastern sky, with Mackinaw Bridge in the background.
Hmmm, get up early the next morning to catch the sunrise? 🤔

On the Calmac Ferry service to Craignure on Mull, the sun starts to spotlight parts of the landscape I am to explore in the late October sunshine. Looking southwest on the run over from Oban as dusk comes on, I am treated to the sun picking out Auchnacraig and Croggan. My word it does a lot of good to the part of us that is given-over to grandeur.

Thanks for all :DD:DD
