It is a simple and tasty dish.
They are eggs, fried in olive oil of the best quality, in which once served, the egg yolk is broken with a rich loaf of baked bread, made with white flour, which is used to "dip" the loaf in the egg yolk.
They are flavors that refer you to those times when your mother prepared them with the greatest of affection.

Mount Rainier and Little Tahoma Peak Just Beyond a Ridgeline View. With most of the images that I've been digitally painted for the past few years, I like to tell the story of the image behind the painting first. Here though I wanted to start out with the why of the sketch. It has to do with Adobe Fresco and coming out just before I started this sketch. Wow these Live Brush is part of this app did interest me, I also wanted to try out sketching to see how different and similar it was from Adobe Sketch. My thinking with this image was to sketch out the Sunrise area that I came across while hiking one day in Mount Rainier National Park. It would also give me a chance to follow some advice that I'd come across from other painters in focusing on the sketch to pencil in the more shadowed areas and letting the highlights stand as the “white” in the digital paper.
In the left center foreground of the painting, you'll find that stick figure image of me "hiking" with my Cubbies hat, loving my time exploring Mount Rainier and its national park another time :-)

found in the flying tiger store; the fried egg is plasticine and the potatoes are peas.

Das Kochgeschirr für's Puppenhaus hab' ich aus dem "flying tiger-store". Das Spiegelei ist aus Knetgummi und die Kartoffeln / Klöße sind einfach nur Erbsen. Übriggeblieben von "once-upom-a-time" .

The CPWA was designated as such in 1980 and is 165,864 acres. It roughly runs between Buena Vista and Aspen. It features 8 Fourteeners and many more Thirteeners. It is adjacent to three other wilderness areas including the Maroon Bells, Hunter Fryingpan and Buffalo Peaks Wilderness Areas.
Tried my hands at Egg Art Comedy the other day.The classic way to portray is this.Humpty Dumpty story.
Doing the art on the cracked egg was sort of difficult since If I had made the drawing and broke it,it did not guarantee that the egg will break where I want it.
Drawing the faces was so much fun.Making the hands were tiresome.
Well my mother said,no mess allowed. So had to opt for a pan for easy cleanup etc.
Speaking of Pan...yummmm...egg fry :P
I purposely went for a black background since I wanted to separate the eggs and make them stand out.Probably in white, they would have blended in the background.

Day 8/365 - I saw this little cast iron frying pan in the store and had to buy it; I knew I needed for photography. It will never get near the stove. :)
Believe it or not a "doctor" (an anti-vaxxer) is pushing this new conspiracy theory and what is alarming is that it is gaining momentum. Even the Oxford English Dictionary doesn't have a word to describe this level of stupid.
And no, getting the vaccine will not cause frying pans to stick to your head, although sticking your face in a pan of scrambled eggs might do it.

Well..... with the dogs in bed and safe from all the cooking appliances, we went ahead to start dinner. We had the best fried bacon sarnies you ever taste, swilled down with few glugs of red wine! Life is for living so live it the best you can x
A saute pan, really, but close enough. Yes, I am actually holding my foot over a flame. It is, in fact, quite hot. It is a one second exposure to allow the flame to be visible, so I'm also doing this in a pitch-black room. The good part is that the flashes fire at the start of that one second, and I can then snatch my foot away!
Lighting: An SB-24 high camera right with an ND gel ('cause it only goes down to 1/16 power), by one kitchen window, and an SB-28 camera left through a Lumiquest softbox, by the other window. Also a ring flash to fill in some of the cross shadows from those two lights.

It's throwback Thursday ... this was shot from camp at sunrise, around this time of year. We had snowshoed in the previous day all the way from the road. Painful at the time ... but the rewards more than made up for it. Look closely and see climbers getting a late start out of Camp Schurman (obviously skiers at this time of day)... others are much further along, including some from the DC route. We made the summit in boots on this, the Emmons route, back in 2007.
