Bob's Donuts is a relatively new addition to the Omaha culinary scene. I spoke with the owner briefly and we discussed the inspiration for the shape of the donuts--Doughnut Plant in NYC. All the donuts I sampled were great, but the Boston cream pie and the creme brulee were my favorites.

In the Mediterranean Biome at The Eden Project in Cornwall. Buddhas Hand is one of the oldest citrus fruits from India and China. It's meant to look like Buddhas hand.
