I went and got desserts from Fry's as my subject. To add color, I also added some strawberries and orange peels to the plate. For lighting, I set it up near window. I used a tripod in order to use a long shutter speed and keep the blurriness to a minimum. For editing, I adjusted the white balance, and changed levels to make it brighter.
