Fruit Salad 4409 and TranzRail blue 4755 have been regular assistants on the trains lately. Here 4409 helps 5120 north on 920.
The second loco usually comes off at Timaru to assist 925 south later in the day. It isn't needed north of Oamaru but presumably stays on until Timaru as they have more time, tracks and manpower up there.

the apricot sauce is more like a thick syrup. a spoonful over banana icecream will be fine :) there are some smaller jars of apricot sauce in the main fridge

i've just eaten some of the apricot sauce with natural yoghurt, delicious :) it's more of a jam than i thought after i had made it
no water was added to either fruit when cooking, only lemon juice
