Delicious Marzipan explosion in your mouth! Great to make in advance of events - stores well. I love cooking with Almond Meal.

mmmmmmmmmm... apple crepes-

dani and I are lucky to have this really cool little crepe shop very close to us- for a long time it was our saturday night thing, and I just dug the way they made them

so me, being the wanna be chef, paid close attention to all the details taking secret notes and all- even getting some of the gadgets just like the shop (yeah... I love checking out any restaurant supply stores and high end kitchen shops) ive actually got these down pretty good, they are really easy to make but getting everything just right is a bit of a challenge sometimes- the apples are sauteed with butter and cinnamon then wrapped up in the crepe and covered with a killer ziller caramel sauce -mmmm mmm!!! good sweets for my sweetie!!!

I'm a lame pastmaker without a fair techinque, but I have fun a lot!

Lacking reasonably priced options in stores, followed Fanny's recipe and this yummy fruit cake with Hungarian walnuts, dried cranberries, raisins, and dried apricots was made in time for Christmas.

Yellow cake layers (dyed orange) with whipped cream frosting and fruit as filling covered in cream cheese icing

Made with Pomace Olive Oil, Distilled water, Lye, Essential oils of lemongrass and rosemary, calendula oil, plus ground colloidal oats, alfalfa, and lemon basil. Castille soap suitable for sensitive skin

My (most amazing) Graduation cake...

This is the one I can't resist right now... roasted salted peanuts and all that rich chocolate? This is my own cake recipe... made with Guittard Cocoa Rouge cocoa powder.... it's like cake - meets brownie- meets donut with a slightly cripsy exterior. It's ridiculous.

@home. Recipe from Tasty Kitchen. I added okra from the garden and grilled cajun corn to beef it up a bit.

@ home. We found a huge zucchini in the backyard that went unnoticed a little too long so I made zucchini bread muffins with it. They turned out pretty good!
