Look ma, no haze. A requisite shot looking up from the vantage point of an intersection. The bottom-most building is one corner of the Roosevelt Hotel, where most of the TypeCon attendees are stationed.
A zoomed-in look at the huge (as in tall... not necessarily large in circumference) trees while walking thru Northwest Trek animal preserve/park.

Definately my favorite building in HK, I think - not that I can claim to have see many.
The reason this is my favorite building is because I find the colour of the facade increadibly beautiful - with it's bluish glass which most often is further inhanced by the blue sky.

Walking down the Cedar River Trail in Renton, Jen and I came across this little jungle gym. How nice is it to be with someone else who simply has to play on something like that at least a little bit?
Taken during a snowstorm. The sound of the wind through the trees was incredible. There's nothing like it.
