The leaves on a lot of trees around Bendigo right now are looking like this, amazing to see the structure of a leaf in so much detail.
From one angle it looks like 2 x's and from another it's like two o's.
A subtle and modern way to say 'hugs and kisses'.

When I thought everything was ended up in a mess this evening, my mate "A" asked me to join a discussion on "W"s conceptual framework for her thesis proposal. "W"s d-day will be this Saturday. She'll have a meeting with her 3 thesis advisors here in the university.
For almost four hours, I sat and watched over my two pals having arguments, looking for references and re-arranging variables within the framework. I felt like oh-so-proud of just to be there and to have friends like them. In a second after, I postulate that I will do my very best to devise my future, with my very own so-called conceptual framework. Way too far, eh? For me it's not. ;-)
