Small In Frame - It took me a while to come around with the small in frame trend, but I think the switch to mirrorless and going back to using a zoom lens helped me explore and appreciate this type of photography more. The subject/eye autofocus allows me to compose these images real time, no more moving the focus point or focusing and recomposing. With a zoom, I am able to capture a portrait and a wider angle shot from the exact same spot I am standing. This is especially useful for fast subjects like hummingbirds - by the time you move, they are off the perch!
Loved the juxtaposition here of the colorful hummingbird with the dry vegetation.

the largest picture frame in the world
At the Dubai Frame, visitors can see the entire city from a height of 150 meters. The Old City of Deira, the shores of the Arabian Gulf, the majestic dunes of the Arabian Desert and the skyscrapers of Dubai Marina.
The unique feature of the Dubai Frame is the glass bridge. The transparent glass floor 150 meters high triggers an intoxicating vertigo when entering.
In the lower part of the Dubai Frame, there is a gallery where visitors can experience the origins of the city with projections, audio and video presentations and even specially selected scents.
Finally, it goes through a time travel tunnel in the future of Dubai
It was a great experience for me
I took advantage of the rare clear and bright skies recently to walk around the local lanes, making a few snapshots along the way.
This is All Saint's church Walcott, framed by the winter trees.
While at Edwards Gardens in Scarborough On. I came upon this concrete window. Well opportunity knocks at every corner, so keeping in mind of a window frame, I photographed these flowers in the concrete frame. I liked the way it turned out.
A short while ago Instead of just having my pictures on flickr and then having them live their lives out in my computer I started printing and framing 8x10 of my favorite people, places, flowers and birds and then hanging them on my computer room walls. This smaller one will get hung later today and then I have room for 2 more frames like this one to balance off the space. I am Loving my room now !!!!!
