after I finished with the previous theme,I just let myself free. When the movement begins,I have the sense that all of my feelings are slipping through every part of me.That's the moment I begin to feel fragile and exposed.
I always had the feeling that those type of captures, are full of emotions, they always left me with bittersweet thoughts.
I hope this one will be a chance to have a kind of thought like mine.
Enjoy

We returned to this area a couple of weeks ago and I've added a few new shots to the set. Thankfully, we saw no tarballs or any other evidence of the Gulf oil spill in these fragile coastal ecosystems.

Ti mostri a me
Occhi che sanno di diamante,
per durezza e bellezza
Occhi che non perdonano.

Lo sai, e non devi fingere
Quello che ti circonda è
Servo della tua beltà.

Quando sei sola
Nessuno intorno, Solo i tuoi pensieri,
Penna e calamaio, Unica compagnia…

Dal cuore triste, l’ anima è fragile.
Fragile, nel profondo
Diamante che diventa tufo
e si scioglie tra le mani.
Ma, vederti cosi,
Nessuno avrà questo onore.

…so I look around and she keep silence ...
nothing else to say between us:
we are looking simply
the fragile little trumpets,
they stay in silence too
but they are listening
with their great gorgeous ears
…così mi guardo intorno e lei resta in silenzio …
null'altro da dire fra di noi:
noi stiamo semplicemente guardando
le piccole trombe delicate,
anche loro stanno in silenzio
ma ascoltano con le loro grandi
e splendide orecchie
The fragile white crystals, or frozen dew drops, created delicate branched patterns of ice crystals.

F is for Fragile: don't worry, I didn't raid a real nest, this is an Easter decoration with lifelike but very plastic eggs. However the nest is made from the tiniest twigs and it does have these very fluffy fragile cute little spotted feathers.
THE PLAY OF COLORS
A creative challenge for playful parents and curious children.
We have compiled the Preciosa Ornela trends for Spring/Summer 2023 for you from the infinite range of choices and combinations available from our tried-and-true, popular, recently rediscovered and totally brand new beads and seed beads sold under the PRECIOSA Traditional Czech BeadsTM brand.
With great enthusiasm, we created yet another inspirational collection to delight a child’s soul. For the time when a child’s world is changing and is starting to merge with the new experiences and information of his or her school years. Allow yourself to be carried away by children’s ideas and desires.
A JOURNEY TO PREHISTORY
Your child’s room will be transformed into the wild. Into a dangerous deep, dank primeval forest with still stirring swamps.
GIRLISH TENDERNESS
Open the door and pass into a mystical landscape of fine tones and floral aromas, to Sleeping Beauty’s castle. To gardens, hills, slopes and streams full of magic and mystery.
A BIG LITTLE GIRL
Oh to become a fragile and gentle butterfly for but a moment! Every little girl would appreciate that. Change these dreams into reality without any limits.
A BIG LITTLE BOY
Give vent to the play of colours. Enter every new day with courage and optimism. Colours will help to light up the world around you.

This piece arose from the discovery of several disconnected butterfly wings over a period of two days following my decision to create a piece for 'Trees for Life'*. In juxtaposing line and order with flow and movement, in showing the dissolution of apparent solidity, 'Fragile' evokes a sense of entropy, impermanence and transition - the return to source which all things must make, no matter how substantial we perceive them to be.
Where earth and world meet, eventually we discover that it is WE who are fragile, despite superficial appearances. Ephemeral and short-lived they may be, but Life has an endless supply of Butterflies. And if not butterflies - something else will arise. For Life is the ultimate creator; the supreme artist; the greatest recycling force in the universe.
We disrespect and misunderstand that power at our peril, or work with it to fulfill our true potential and discover our OWN true nature, which Nature is reflecting back to us constantly...
ORIGINAL ART by JAY TAYLOR. Copyright and all rights reserved. Acrylics and collaged objects on 6"x9" board.
*In 2011 I agreed to create an original artwork as a contribution to Trevor Jones’ Twitter-inspired charity exhibition for the Trees for Life campaign, which is raising funds to restore the Caledonian Forest in the Highlands of Scotland. 140 artists from all over the world, mostly recruited through Twitter and other social media, each produced and donated an original artwork or signed, limited edition photo print in 6”x9” format. The artworks were then offered for sale for £45 each, either online or during an exhibition held in Edinburgh in November 2011. I am really happy to have created and donated an artwork to this worthy cause. ‘Fragile’ sold almost immediately to a gallery owner in Edunburgh, and the money raised from its sale was soon planting trees! :o)

Went for my first walk of spring in our woods today.
One of my main reasons for my first walk of spring is to see how the Fragile Ferns are doing. They're a little slower coming up this year, probably because late winter got pretty chilly.
For such a tiny bug, it is a beauty. My wife and kids like the Citrine Forktail best from the three around KC and I cannot blame them. Fragile and Eastern just don't have the same star power to us.

This tiny snail was only 4 or 5 mm in diameter.
The image is stacked with "CombineZ" at f/5.6 from 3 shots (each with different focus, to get sufficient DOF while the background stays soft [clear?]) with my Sigma 150 mm macro lens.
