由於樹冰祭推銷的很成功，藏王算是諸多日本東北旅遊主題中，越來越受矚目的景點，也因此，飯店也是越蓋越多了~

走在這谷地沼步道，不見來往覓食的鴫鴨，只有湖畔旁的一片秋色裡，這兩棟飯店默默的探出頭來，在綿綿細雨中，深情的對望著..............

一片金色的羽翼掩藏不住傲然的滝白~

突然想到這個布袋戲的人物名稱，還挺霸氣的，就拿來當作標題吧了~(掩面)

其實是想取名為霜降牛肉的..........

長沼，顧名思義~就是形狀狹長的沼澤啦XD

因為這樣的形狀，環繞在這個湖畔的林間生態與景致也多了一種不同的層次~

就在這片林間小路中轉了好幾個彎後，便見這個沼澤，羞澀的躲在綴著片片彩葉的秘林後方~就好像，捉迷藏中的玩童，正悄悄的端看著一起遊戲的玩伴~~~~

看大地，為這片寂寥，換上了一件多彩的衣裳~

蔦七沼其實也是當地愛攝影的同好常來尋幽訪勝的地方，偶們到這裡的時候，早已經有幾位蟄伏在樹林裡許久，有些還穿著雨衣與小板凳，看起來已經蹲了有半天以上了，真的是可以從他們的眼神中，看到一股執著的熱城~

寒流已至，凜冽的空氣，一出門就想默默的轉身關上門了，Anyway，出門衝景，大家還是記得要保暖哪~

早安! 非假日的清晨，伴著滿山楓紅的，只有空蕩蕩的湖面，還有靜靜讚岸邊發呆的鴨鴨人力船，一起屬著寂寥的蕭瑟~

就像是上工的禮拜一一樣，帶點微微的涼意以及，還想再睡飽一點的不甘阿!

空蕩蕩的步道，當然要搭個起個大清早的歐吉匠~

越是亮眼的秋色，越顯得將至的冬日寒風，有多刺骨~

但這裡的蘋果霜淇淋還真的不錯吃哪!祝大家有個愉快的週末假期! 晚安!

若不是遇上大好的晴天，偶們應該沒有機會一親紅葉川溪谷的芳澤，至於蝦咪原因，後面再娓娓道來~

一步出無人車站，步道開始的主角，藤花瀑布就像是盛放群花中的白凌，在滿是變色木的溪谷中閃閃發亮著~

面白山，略懂日文的人應該都知道「面白」就是「有趣」的意思，而面白山名字的由來似乎也是跟某個有趣的自然現象有關~

穿過了那片金色的櫸木林，蔦七沼的第一個沼澤就這樣映入眼簾了~

湖暗旁枯黃的芛草圍巾，旋繞著碧綠的湖水，倒映著落葉片片的秋色，斑斕的色彩伴隨著悠悠的鳥鳴，好似淒鳴著寒冬的到來~

也讓偶忘卻了鐵腿的疲憊~XD

Exhausted. All the hardwork of creating a species list of all the animals, plants and fungi on land ownwd by HRH Prince Charles and the Duchy of Cornwall who plan to build a housing development and destroy an area of immence biodiversity is over. The list has been sent to the RSPB, Kent Wildlife Trust, The Soil Association, Helen Whately MP, Swale Borough Council Planning Technicians, The Times and Sunday Times, Sir Bob Geldof and of course the Duchy of Cornwall and Prince Charles at that is all I do. The meeting with the D.O.C and all those invested organisations and individuals will be later this month were I will be presenting the list and asking questions to the Head of Development D.O.C their site manager, ecologist and Landscape Engerneer. Until then, time to rest and relax.....

ANYWAY，雖然他們住房設施似乎有點老舊，但餐點Buffet還真的不錯吃說~@@+有巧思~

Forest canopy above the Energy Trail at the Buntzen Lake Reservoir Park.

I have a 90 year old neighbor who has hiked the 890 km length of the Bruce Trail three or four times. In the heyday of his 70's and even 80's, walking 30 or even 50 km was just a walk in the park for him. In the last year, his hips started giving out it's been one of the most difficult things he's had to leave behind. He still goes out for a walk around the block every day, just one step at a time, with a crutch under one arm and a cane in the other. Seeing him hobble down the street, I can completely relate to his determination as our own time feels the most grounded somewhere on a hiking trail. I'm also very blessed having someone to share that passion with and we're both looking forward to the day when the trails reopen after the current pandemic.

Lucky enough to have a back yard entrance to the woods like this.

又是一個很會躲的瀑布，明明就是，一個沒辦法低調的季節! ><

但某程度來說，這瀑布的名字還挺霸氣的~青春不老的氣勢!

但走到飢腸轆轆的偶只想到............養老乃瀧.............

This photograph was composed while hiking Mt. Asama, the highest mountain in Ise-Shima National Park, and an active volcano. The image was intended to portray why 'Forest Bathing' is so popular in Japan. Forest bathing is a favoured activity in Japan, particularly for 'salarymen' (or women) suffering from work-related stresses. It is recognized that taking time to enjoy nature, and particularly forests such as pictured here that are dappled with light, will settle emotions and allow people to return to work with re-energized spirits.

第一天上立山，就遇到了大白牆，所以也不知道哪來的動力，索性徒步從彌陀之原走到了弘法 七曲這裡~

沿途，我們從草叢裡，馬路上這樣來來回回的穿梭著，在看到這一幕的時候，腿其實一隻是鐵的，一隻是軟的..............

但至少，見識到，這傳說中的七曲啊........

碎碎念時間 ~

弘法這個地名原由是很久以前的事了，傳聞，是當時的高僧弘法大師在這裡將拐杖向地上穿刺後，有清水從該處如泉湧般般源源不絕冒出來的傳說因而得名。另外這裡也有弘法小屋的遺跡，在當時是做為登上立山前用來休憩過夜的山小屋，而七曲則是在高原道路通行後，因為沿途蜿蜒轉彎處特別多，因而得名~
