Laurisilva forest, or laurel forest, is a subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest type with high humidity. And calling the humidity high, is a bit of an understatement. After few hours my camera was dripping with water and the auto-focus motor in my objective actually jammed, and I had to let it dry before it started working again. Photo was taken in Garajonay national park on the island of La Gomera, one of the less known Canary islands.
