Art Stones (Ricordi Arte, Italy) No. 6001N33002, bought in 2014.

2.000 pcs, (40 x 50), 70 x 100 cm.

A great companion piece to the 12.000 Ravensburger, The Temptation of St. Anthony, done earlier this year.

As usual a pale imitation of the original, which has been slightly cropped on both sides.

Unfortunately one piece missing.

This puzzle is strongly recommended if you can find it, but beware of missing pieces from Ricordi.

Several people have listed me as Friends and Family here on flickr, and while I am thrilled to list as Friend anyone that shows me as that in their profile, I keep the Family tag as a kind of placekeeper - reserved for those that are friends both here and on my facebook page. So girls, look me up on facebook and friend me, or send me a note and I will friend you or send you my addy... Guys, I love, love, love followers there and will occasionally add someone whose timeline shows me something interesting and three dimensional (no, I'm not interested in c2c or "sexy chat" at all - as flattering as that is...lol). XOXO

A shot I took of a Juvenile Bald Eagles on Feb. 9th 2025.

Juvenile Bald Eagles do not get their adult plumage until their fourth or fifth year. Often steal prey from other raptors, especially Ospreys (Pandion haliaetus).

Follow me on Instagram

I was at 50 followers when I opened up Flickr, saw my 17 notifications and thought wow, the SA5 is doing well and it has been. In a day it's been the second most favorited thing so I was happy. I saw I had 50 followers so I decided to make this. Then I got a new notification telling me Axel Nazaret had followed me. 51 followers, I wanted a nice even number and so now I'm gunna have to do another one of these when I get 102 followers instead of 100. As you can see my table in the basement is a mess. There's a lot more in bags all over the floor and because of this I need your help my 51 followers, how do I go about organizing all of this?

Please help me.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who followed me. It means a lot to me that people like to see my work. To celebrate 75 followers, I don't think I will have a contest (go join the Noir one!) but instead, here's 15 facts about me!

2. I am a freshman in high school

6. My favorite video game is probably Uncharted 4

7. On the topic of video games, I don’t play Fortnite. I prefer story based games over battle royales.

8. My favorite MCU movie is probably Infinity War

9. My favorite TV show is Agents of Shield (though Daredevil may take that spot when I get around to watching more of it)

10. The first LEGO set I remember getting was the 2009 Battle of Endor

11. My favorite LEGO set I own is the Quinjet Aerial Battle (picked it up just before it retired)

12. My favorite LEGO Minifigure that I own is the Iron Man Heartbreaker suit

Again, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who followed me. Next milestone is 100!!

Why is that special, you may ask? Well my friend, 82 happens to be my favorite number. And I better make this fast, before someone unfollows me. Anyway, thanks to everyone that has followed me! I started out as a sister, following in her brothers footsteps, by joining Flickr. But, I loved photography and enjoyed sharing it with people. You see, my older bro, Gem Jim, got the "artistic gene". As did my younger sisters, and my youngest brother (That is, if you count having an awesome imagination :P). And what I mean by that is, they know how to express themselves through a pen and paper (or a Batman costume and an awesome LEGO minifigure). And I was over here like "I think I'm gonna take a picture of this tree bark..." or "I think, maybe, I can draw a stick-man" while my sister is over here, being a living Picasso! Like, what fair is that?!? Anyway, I started taking pictures back in 2011 (What I mean by that, is I figured out what a filter and light exposure was). And lemme tell you something, that was a sad place... Anyway (I get off subject a lot...), I kept trying and trying to perfect myself, and eventually (EVENTUALLY) I ended up being here where I am now. I know I'm definitely not as good as most of you are, and I know I won't be like that for a long time, but it's so encouraging when I get something as small, as a comment, or as big, as a follow. What I'm trying to say is, thank you all, for wasting your time on me! It really means a lot! Even if, to you, it seems so small. Just know, on my side of the computer, I'm literally fangirling at every little thing... (Is that creepy? Idk.)

I truly am grateful for everything, and I wouldn't even have one follower if God didn't put the desire to do this in my heart.

Man, now this sounds more like an acceptance speech, instead of a information section... welp, I guess I can say I'm informing you with my acceptance speech! (idek what I'm being accepted for, but we won't go into details here.)

Anyway, as always, GOD BLESS 'MERICA!!!!!

TL-DR section- thanks for clicking on this, GB now.

Thanks to everybody who followed me!

A Mexican follower of Santa Muerte (Saint Death) shows his tattoo during the pilgrimage in Tepito, a rough district of Mexico City, Mexico. The religious cult of Santa Muerte is a syncretic fusion of Aztec death worship rituals and Catholic beliefs. Born in lower-class neighborhoods of Mexico City, it has always been closely associated with crime. In the past decades, original Santa Muerte's followers (such as prostitutes, pickpockets and street drug traffickers) have merged with thousands of ordinary Mexican Catholics. The Saint Death veneration, offering a spiritual way out of hardship in the modern society, has rapidly expanded. Although the Catholic Church considers the Santa Muerte's followers as devil worshippers, on the first day of every month, crowds of believers in Saint Death fill the streets of Tepito. Holding skeletal figurines of Holy Death clothed in a long robe, they pray for power healing, protection and favors and make petitions to ‘La Santísima Muerte’, who reputedly can make life-saving miracles. © www.jansochor.com
