Amazing fog came into this tunnel as we drove through just had to stop and walk back up to capture it...

Just a cold and foggy start to the day - At least the sun could be seen in parts of the area near Nalinga.

Mi son detto, e no, non puoi mollare, non è da te.

Ricordi le lotte durissime, e le corse a per di fiato?

E ricordi, i sorrisi soffusi e quei cieli così azzurri?

Li ricordi?

Dawn at the lake. Fishermen trying their luck as the lake fog lifts.

MacQuarie Park, Windsor, NSW, Australia. A thick fog made made photography of the river almost impossible, so I moved into a near by park. Although spring, these trees have not yet produced any foliage.

The fog didn't seem to bother the duck hunters. Don't think they liked my presence though.

The fog bank created an atmospheric lens and caused a mirage. The 2 lamp posts above the fog bank are on Stoney Trail, 2 km away.

... creeping in through the trees!

I often shoot this scene in low fog and have for many years long before it became a popular spot. On this day, the emerging green hues and dappled lighting were ample for a nice frame.

The morning fog at Bembridge, Isle of Wight, clears, and we can see the lifeboat station. I wonder what it was like this morning!? (We were supposed to be there, but alas, are still in Northamptonshire!)

I was really annoyed that there was someone on the jetty, I wanted the jetty abandoned in the fog, in retrospect I think the fisherman with his rod and pipe makes it more interesting, I wish I had taken a few more!

We had several mornings of fog in December, so I have quite a few shots.

Shooting in the fog is one of my favorite times to go out. It's the quiet and the silhouettes the fog creates that draw me out.

It's 52 degrees here today!! The forecast for Sunday is a high of 5!!! Crazy weather.

It's been a fine year for fog, we've had several days of thick penetrating fog that seems to give everything a mysterious and bewitched look. What might be looking at you from behind a tree?

Another shot from the Richmond Badlands. This one was an access way into a large horse stud. It looked quite nice on the ground but as usual, the fog kind of evaporates when you process the shot so I may have embellished with a bit of graduated fog. Just a subtle bit but it helps.

Heavily processed this one. Its been an interesting challenge trying to replicate the yellows and greens of the dry grass that we saw on the ground.

I think the final product conveys the mood and sense of the place that I tried to capture.

If it is foggy, its worthwhile getting out to the Richmond Lowlands for a shoot.

A great day out with Mike, Stephane, Shane, Colind, Peter and Olga.

A thick layer of fog spilled over the banks of the North Saskatchewan River making this aurora watching night extra impressive.

We got some fog on the DXpedition. Not a lot, and it burned off pretty quickly. But it was pretty while it lasted. Hasselblad 500cm, Shanghai GP3 100 (220), Divided D-76 for 5 minutes in each bath.

walking with my sister. She spent 10 weeks in hospital and a walk every day is helping her to get back her strength.
