Our garage, dedicated to bikes. A beginning.

It's perched on some lavender plants, I think it's a comma, but doubtless somebody will turn up and tell me if I'm wrong.

Eat, sleep and poop. This is the only one you get... for now...

 

They both leave my heart flummoxed. Together? Exhorbitant mystification.

Not sure what sort (any entomologists out there feel free to tell me) but this is rather pretty little critter from the butterfly farm in Puerto Princesa in Palawan.

This photograph was taken with high key lighting in the studio at Aberdeen College for the editorial class in the HNC. I felt that shoot was a huge success, I managed to create images that I think would be suitable for publication. I had a make-up artist in the studio, she created beautiful make up which gave the model, Rachael, a bright look, which stood out very well. I think the pink and blue colours stand out beautifully against the brown tones of her skin and hair.

Walking along in the jungle... at an elephant salt lick. I tried to get closer... but as I was about to squeeze the shot off... hundreds of butterflies swirled up around me... ruining the shot... but leaving me with a memory that will last years.

A nice close up of a pony fluttering it's eyelashes. There are stables behind the house we are staying in for the week. A group of ponies are in the field just over the track.
