We are looking across Pyramid Lake at the last fluttering ribbons of clouds lit by the setting sun. The half moon will follow the sun shortly.

Hi all! I'm slowly getting back into blogging so I hope you enjoy the new blog posts to come! Today my daughter and I are wearing some of Everfaery's lovely products. I'm wearing their "Aeris" dress and "Angela" wings. Emmy is wearing the "Black magic" dress in plum! She is also wearing the "Blooming fae" wings which are in the gacha. This lantana in my garden started out slowly, but is now flourishing and drawing visitors, like this black swallowtail. These butterflies rarely stop fluttering, which makes photography tricky.

Distinctively marked, found in Northern tropics and East coast of Australia. Also occurs in New Guinea and the Torres Strait. Perched in the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens in Brisbane.

I was trying to photograph these pigeons drinking water on the ground when they panicked and flew off. I had to crop this very closely to get a halfway decent photo.
