Dandelion fluff was caught on the sticky pistil of a deep pink azalea flower.

Sunday was the perfect day to take a drive out to Elk Island National Park and hike the Beaver Pond Trail. This short trail is well groomed and the afternoon light provided many beautiful photo opportunities as we strolled along.

Two little balls of fluff floating on the water. These cygnets were only 2 days old when dad took them for their first swim, it was a beautiful addition to the beginning of our holiday in Dawlish.

A Robin who came close to the hide door at Stover, fluffed up against the cold and perhaps hoping for some food. I thought the black streak on the chest was where the feathers were lifted but it is prominent in other shots from the same angle. I've only ever seen it before when a breeze has blown the feathers up on end
