Meeting the challenge for Macro Monday.......which is "Plastic"

Can't really do much fishin' right now......but I'll always be prepared.

Hi Y'all !

Still "socially communicative" but carefully practicing "Public Distancing".

Hope everyone is currently safe and sound.

Such awful tragic events and sadness from this global epidemic.

Please Pray for everyone in these trying times.

Have a safe Monday !

I flippin love this doll so much <3

Not my best photo but I've sort of lost hope in flickr because I don't get very many favorites or comments </3

I've been away from home for 2 1/2 weeks and I miss all of my dollies :(

Zooming in with my Hubble based lense....?

omg...I do see a face now (7 hrs. later)...and he's flipping us the bird I think? See he's wearing glasses? LOL!!!! I promise I'm honest about this!!

This is obviously "the cookie monster" flippin' me off!

I am working on a project at the moment for college with the theme of Victims of Fashion...but with a dark twist!

When you have a town named "Flippin", there's going to be a lot of stuff with the town name on their signs. (And if you're a doofus like me, it'll make you laugh)

Recent storms in southern Missouri and northern Arkansas caused minor damage to the MNA Aurora sub, resulting in a late Carthage South Local rolling through Flippin, just a few miles away from Cotter where the train will later become the Cotter South Local.

Kingfisher demonstrating some nifty fish-flipping skills

The Ollie Burger, a shadow of its former self

Now here's a little story

To tell it is a must

About an unsung hero

That moves away your dust

Some people make a fortune

Other's earn a mint

My old man don't earn much

In fact....he's flippin'.....skint

Oh, my old man's a dustman

He wears a dustman's hat

He wears cor blimey trousers

And he lives in a council flat

He looks a proper narner

In his great big hob nailed boots

He's got such a job to pull em up

That he calls them daisy roots

Some folks give tips at Christmas

And some of them forget

So when he picks their bins up

He spills some on the steps

Now one old man got nasty

And to the council wrote

Next time my old man went 'round there

He punched him up the throat

Oh, my old man's a dustman

He wears a dustman's hat

He wears cor blimey trousers

And he lives in a council flat

I say, I say Duncan

I 'er...I found a police dog in my dustbin

(How do you know he's a police dog)

He had a policeman with him

Though my old man's a dustman

He's got a heart of gold

He got married recently

Though he's 86 years old

We said 'Ear! Hang on Dad

you're getting past your prime'

He said 'Well when you get to my age'

'It helps to pass the time'

Oh, my old man's a dustman

He wears a dustman's hat

He wears cor blimey trousers

And he lives in a council flat

I say, I say, I say

My dustbins full of lillies

(Well throw 'em away then)

I can't Lilly's wearing them

Now one day while in a hurry

He missed a lady's bin

He hadn't gone but a few yards

When she chased after him

'What game do you think you're playing'

She cried right from the heart

'You've missed me...am I too late'

'No... jump up on the cart'

Oh, my old man's a dustman

He wears a dustman's hat

He wears cor blimey trousers

And he lives in a council flat

I say, I say, I say (What you again)

My dustbin's absolutely full with toadstools

(How do you know it's full)

'Cos there's not much room inside

He found a tiger's head one day

Nailed to a piece of wood

The tiger looked quite miserable

But I suppose it should

Just then from out a window

A voice began to wail

He said (Oi! Where's me tiger head)

Four foot from it's tail

Oh, my old man's a dustman

He wears a dustman's hat

He wears cor blimey trousers

And he lives in a council flat

Next time you see a dustman

Looking all pale and sad

Don't kick him in the dustbin

It might be my old dad

It's that time of the year when i get a chance to try and photograph Red Foxes.

Weather was overcast, Raining and a bit of thunder.

The Fox does not appear to like the rain shower that was passing over.

The Roman Pool at Hearst Castle. Above it there are tennis courts. Is it wrong that I wanted to slip a couple of alligators into that water? It is amazing to think when you walk around the grounds and take a tour through some of the rooms that this place was a private residence at one point. The third largest 'house' in the U.S.

secret: One year ago today I uploaded my first picture to flickr. In this year I've uploaded 3,882 public photos, 4,000 photos total (this is the 4,000th!). 14 of those made it into explore. I'm on day 99 out of my 365days and today finished my 2nd set of 30 secrets in 30 days. Most importantly, I've friended with 264 contacts. Every single one of you have helped me in someway, some form, whether it be comments or favourites or simply talking to me. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart :)

Another flippin' picture of rocks at the sea. My apologies.

At this time of year, elephant seals take over the beach and it's kind of frightening. When the sun goes down, it is hard to see these car-sized creatures in the dunes...

© Copyright A Pendleton 2012 Part of my series of Puffin shots taken at Skomer last weekend, have a super day,........... Alan. ,... as some of you may have noticed he looked a little worried, well he was a tad, he had just darted inside because a Gull had tried and failed to take his fish from him,,,, Never Cross an angry Puffin is my Motto!!

The kids wanted my brother in lawy to launch them off the blob. My son was the only one to catch this kind of air while flipping 2-3 times before hitting the water. I wish I could have shot more than one, he did go much higher.
