CHITTAGONG, Bangladesh (Sept. 20, 2011) -- Sailors from USS Defender (MCM 2) participate in a music class with students at the Bangladesh Ashar Alo School and Rehabilitation Center in Chittagong. Sailors from USS Defender visited the school during a community service project (COMSVC) part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Bangladesh 2011. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
