YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 19, 2009) - U.S. and Japanese
flags fly atop a traditional mikoshi during the 33rd annual Mikoshi Parade at Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Mikoshi is a portable Shinto shrine that is paraded through the streets of neighborhoods celebrating a matsuri or festival.
