FLATS Chicago is redeveloping a former 75-unit building, purchased in Dec. 2011, into upscale rental apartments at the corner of N. Magnolia Ave. and W. Ainslie St. It was constructed in 1924. The "Always" refers to various amenities.
Once the felt has been dried completely, one should apply a generous amount of cement over the edges of the damaged felt, after which one should firmly press down the sides of the blisters. Lastly, in order to finish the job, one can seal and close up the blisters with the help of roofing nails and re-apply the roofing cement over the entire area.

We had a flat tire at the end of SEC #26, Sand Ridge, the longest TSD section of the rally (32.13 miles, 47:31). Actually, we're not sure when we got the flat because I couldn't tell it was gone. We pulled over because we were dragging a section of rear undertray and it was making a lot of noise/kicking up lots of gravel behind us. While I was looking under the car for that, Katy said, "hey, this tire's flat!"
