Dumps, old and new, stand next door to each other. I always thought this was one of the worst parts of London and still is.
I do like the appearance of tower blocks but not as residences.
In China, pressed duck is made by seasoning and steaming a whole duck, removing its bones, and then flattening it out before steaming it again. After the double steaming, the pressed duck is deep fried so that it becomes crispy and golden. This pressed duck may be served with an assortment of sauces, and it is also popular cold shredded on salads and other foods. Chinese pressed duck is often readily available at Asian markets, and it can be frozen until needed.
The University of East London's docklands campus faces the old Royal Albert Dock, once the longest dock in the world. These student flats remind me of Greek windmills for some reason, but I suppose they are intended to be nautical in character — they certainly look good facing the dock. The cylindrical buildings accommodate 384 students; there are five pairs of buildings of this style. Additional student accommodation is on-campus. (19/365) Flat Stanley. Thanks to his good buddy Nolan, Alex has been playing host to Flat Stanley for the last few days. Mr. Stanley is visiting us all the way from Specht Elementary in San Antonio, TX. Alex was a gracious host, taking Flat all the way up to Amarillo to visit a Pumpkin Patch and then topping it off with a trip to open house at Wylie Intermediate. But all good things must come to an end, and Flat Stanley is heading back south tomorrow - incredibly still in one piece, tucked neatly inside an envelope with a couple of photos to help him remember his trip.
Bad weather meant Mike from SDSU couldn't attend the 2014 Addy Awards with the TIG team. "Flat Mike" attended in his stead.

I've finally got my first pullip - My Melody!

Sme of the pictures, have i edited a bit. I have for Example edited the eyes in some of the pictures, so they are a bit more yellow than normally, so the focus was on her eyes. :3

This was the spookiest coincidence of the week so far, as his tweet appeared about two hours after I'd taken this photo. It was an impeccable cup of coffee, and the steak baguette I had to go with it was very tasty, too.
