After returning from a 1-month trip overseas, my dad blew the tyre on the Honda Accord Euro taking the car for a drive to get things moving again. The culprit was a screw.

For Eric's birthday this year, we decided to stay in a hotel overnight in Wendover. On our way then, we decided to stop off at the Bonneville Salt Flats where we played around for a bit before heading to our hotel.
When the tire blew out while going 60 on the freeway I thought for sure someone would go into me before I could move to the shoulder so I immediately looked in the rear view mirror to see who was behind me. Then I put the right turn signal on and hit the hazard lights. Luckily there was a very observant trucker behind me who helped me get to the shoulder. First he slowed way down because I was suddenly moving very slowly. He signaled so he could move to the right and when it was clear he slowly moved over a lane so I could move over in front of him. He did this three times so I could get to the shoulder! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I LOVE truckers!!!

My brother is planning to make a cardboard cutout of himself to leave with his 3 beautiful baby girls. He hopes that will help them not miss him quite as much while he is in Kuwait. He leaves next week.

This is where I got a flat tire on my motorcycle on the QEW in Ontario Canada between Buffalo, NY and Toronto.

Kennedy Square is housing complex (comprising of mainly maisonettes and flats of varying sizes) which is owned and managed by Warwick District Council. The estate is located in the town centre of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
In this part of Kennedy Square, there's lush grass and a small children's playground - compared with the concrete paving just around the corner.

Any photographer in Singapore will probably have taken one of these shots. HDBs are housing sold by the government to the people, and I think about 80% of the population live in these type of flats. They are great for symmetry and repetition shots. :-)
