I bought one of the wonder 'cold heat' soldering iron. then realized the thing was a piece of crap... so i turned it into a pink led flashlight for my girlfriend.

The flashlight model in his hand was made from scratch in SketchUp. It 1:1 scale with dimensions taken off a mag-light.
This image was taken in the closed Santa Fe Mental Hospital. Red light at the end of the hall is a remote triggered SB-800. Everything else was lit by photographer using a flashlight on a 1 min exposure.
I had a lot of fun with this. I was taking pictures for quite awhile and experimenting with the multiple "me" idea. This one I thought was funny but also not too bad looking. I set a longer exposure of 4 seconds and shined a flashlight on my face briefly and then moved and did that again.
