A small solar panel on the back of the LED flashlight converts light to energy to power the bright LED lights. Such compact fun gadgets are definitely the love of a large group of people, especially the young.

A low powered flashlight made these trees light up like the day.

Just the reflection of my flashlight off of my TV screen. I took it when the electricity was off after hurricane Sandy.

I guess it was the only thing on the TV at the time.

Custom light made for a friend who was travelling to India, hence the "Indian" in the name. Titanium flashlight with spiraling dimples on the battery tube. Also sports a Tritium sphere in the tail cap, along with a Ti clip.

I ment to do this shot yesterday, but I didn't hear the alarm. In case you haven't already guessed, I shot this at just past 1 A.M. with a flashlight and a 2 second exposure (the longest possible on my camera.)

Today I had an orthodontist appointment at 8:30. I was very nervous because the last time I had been there (6 months ago)

the orthodontist had said that I might need braces. Lucky for me, it tuned out that I didn't need them. At least not yet. I'll se him again in another 6 months.

Later Connie & I walked to the library. I was a beautiful day. On the way back we stopped at a Brueggers and got a dozen bagels. We also stopped at our favorite health food store to get my favorite drink, a grape Switch, which comes in a glass bottle.
