I feel so bad because i don't write many testimonials at ALL but i'm just not good at forming ... sentences... of praise or something
and then you always have to think should it be TO the photographer or jsut a descriptions of him/her? If i do it TO her it seems informal and not like the other testimonials. But if i do it in third person it's like i'm writing a biography about them or something... and who am i to write a biography?? I don't have this privilege!
THEN when i've figured that out, i think What if the descriptions i use will be too weird? like "your work is prodigious! i am flabbergasted!" and then people will laugh
And then i jut give up because by this time i am exhausted
So i'm not trying to be bitter and not write testimonials, it's just they're harder to write than they seem -.-

My CW Speedsters. My kid flash is based on Lightning Bricks. The rest are basic designs. The Flash is based on Yale's and my reverse flashes are based on the Ross'. The reverse flash without legs is the one I made in December. I made the full body today.
The green flash and green ray are meteorological optical phenomena that sometimes occur transiently around the moment of sunset or sunrise.
When the conditions are right, a distinct green spot is briefly visible above the upper rim of the Sun's disk; the green appearance usually lasts for no more than two seconds. Rarely, the green flash can resemble a green ray shooting up from the sunset or sunrise point.
Green flashes occur because the earth's atmosphere can cause the light from the Sun to separate out into different colours. Green flashes are a group of similar phenomena that stem from slightly different causes, and therefore, some types of green flashes are more common than others.
Green flashes may be observed from any altitude. They usually are seen at an unobstructed horizon, such as over the ocean, but are possible over cloud tops and mountain tops as well. They may occur at any latitude, although at the equator, the flash rarely lasts longer than a second.

This quilt was made with Artisan Cottons by Windham Fabrics. She is about 40.5" square after washing. The Artisan Cottons are shot cottons, with a weight similar to quilting cotton.

One of the few Green Flash E200s left in Plymouth which can turn up on almost anything, Sunday's on the 34 is rarely a decker and to be honest I was glad this turned up, brightens up a gloomy day as I think the Green is one of the best Flash liveries, others would disagree!
Used the flash and caught the falling snow and the snow- covered trees from my back door. If you look closely you can see some colour in the birch trees, but is is pretty much a white world out there tonight!
I spent some time observing this Wood Stork feeding along the shallows at low tide. Wood Storks, unlike most other wading birds, feed by tactilocation (touch). Storks put their partially open bills in the water and literally push it through the wetland. When the bill bumps into a prey item, the stork snaps it up with a lightning-quick reflex.
Storks use two behaviors to enhance their chances of capturing prey. They pump their feet under the water (foot-stirring), since that might startle a fish into moving and make it more “catchable.” Storks also “flash” or suddenly extend a wing out away from their body to either startle a fish into movement or provide a shaded area that a fish may want to move into.

I took so many photos each day during my 365 project, that I've decided to do a "365 Rewind" project by posting an out take every day that was taken one year before.
Just another frog shot, but what I like about it is that it was taken using the on-camera flash, which tends to bring out some different colors and a bit of fluorescence in the frog's skin.
OK, everyone seems to be doing the "drop-splash" photo these days. Here is my take on the theme.
Apart from localised levels adjustment, there was very little photoshop post production. The drop was photographed with a print of a diver (my wife, Jo) behind the splash zone, with the drop itself acting as a fisheye lens. The motion was frozen by using a flash (with homemade snoot) pointing at the diver print.
