On the Cutting Edge: Laser cut paper of a map of Seattle. Students of the Lanscape Architecture class, 3D Digital Design Communication, first traced ARC GIS aerial images and then sent them to the d[Fab] Lab to laser cut.

Inside one of the rooms on the first floor at the Shaker Trustee's Building. During the 19th-century the Shaker's conducted their business with "The World", in the office/store. "The World" being anyone ouside their community. This building has been restored and the store has been replicated, based on illustrations accompanying 19th-century magazine articles about the Shaker's. Rooms contain excellent examples of Shaker made furniture and artifacts. Located in the Pioneer Settlement section at the Genesee Country Village & Museum, 1410 Flint Hill Road (George Street) in Mumford, NY.
I wanted to do a SP in my disco ball lamp pull, so I tried to get a photo of my eyeball reflected in one of the little mirrors. After a gazillion failures, I decided that you could see my pink sweatshirt in the mirrors, and everyone knows I wear a lot of pink, so there! It's a SP in my disco ball.

Front Parlor in the Paddock Mansion, on the first floor. I was so taken with the elaborate furniture pieces in this room that I have to admit that I took way to many photos of it. You have to be here in person to get the full impact of this unique hand carved furniture which I might add is in remarkable condition given its age. Here you see the settee and one of the vintage chairs and stools which are part of this matching parlor set. Front and center in the room is an antique table with elaborately carved legs. The fireplace has a decorative Victorian cover in front of it. The Victorian gilt framed painting, which hangs above the fireplace, is of a family member. The Paddock Mansion belongs to the Jefferson County Historical Society. Located at 228 Washington Street in Watertown, NY. (10)
