My Thoughts
Fire in the bare bones of being,
Fire to uphold what’s right,
Fire in the heart of darkness,
Fire to fuel Love’s light.
Fire to burn but not consume,
Fire to learn and not assume,
Fire to live and give living room,
Fire to love and sing her tune.

Words to the Picture
It was a rainy day in Switzerland again when i decided to use one of my first purchased lens again. The Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4.5 macro was my „companion“ for over a year until i replaced it with my EF-S 17-55 f/2.8 IS USM. Well it’s not a full blooded macro lens, but i was really impressed with the outcome. Since I never used it for this purpose, it was quite surprising.
I tried something new, well for me of course, with fractalius. And with this, a simple flower turned into a ball of fire or a magnetic plasma ..
In advance

To be continued…
Every so softly it grows when you don't wear your armor
Crushing the burden and confusion sour
Trembling high on every leaf
Raining light down on your belief
Oh my angel unburdened by the race
I'll go down burning in your embrace
A crowd in front of the Slinningen bonfire on midsummers eve here in Ålesund. this is after the fire has toppled over, and the heat from the huge fire was intense!
I have a big interest of taking photos of fire and seeing what different shutterspeeds do to the photos.
As the fires at Paradise have died down after some good rain. The fires still continue to burn. As a empty Eastbound hits Paradise on the approach to knock down East Paradise.
Taken a couple of years ago at a summer fair in southern England, this was one of those unintentional, intentional kind of shots.
Intentional that I was going for a fast speed capture in the dark to get the flames licking up around the tree's, but a man just happened to walk past when I clicked and it turned out to be the best photo of the night. You get lucky like that sometimes, its part of the reason I love photography.
