Les prédateurs pêcheront dans les étangs et point d'eau voisins.

Prime beef tenderloin, seared foie gras, stuffed zuchinni, pomme anna, truffled demi glace. Much enjoyed with Freemark Abbey Napa Cabernet Sauvignon (not shown).

My first time to Lock and Dam 14, it was amazing to watch these beautiful giants soaring and fishing .. lots of action.. what a wonderful afternoon and the icing on the cake....made some new flickr friends Linda and Laura, thanks to Barb..

Served with grilled zucchini, sweet potato fries, and a sriracha lime sour cream sauce.
