A while ago I discussed recreating album covers as self portraits but never got round to it. It's not a 100% accurate copy but to me represents one of my favourite Foo Fighters albums which features one of my all time favourite Foo Fighters tracks "Stacked Actors"

Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 232 (VMFA-232) is a United States Marine Corps F/A-18 Hornet squadron. Nicknamed the "Red Devils", the squadron is based at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California and fall under the command of Marine Aircraft Group 11 (MAG-11) and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3rd MAW). The squadron is also attached to Carrier Air Wing 11 and deploys with them onboard the USS Nimitz. The Red Devils are the oldest and most decorated fighter squadron in the Marine Corps.

I went to the zoo hoping to photograph something different and I ended up with a ton of insect pictures go figure. I think it was just much too hot for the animals to come out of their enclosures. I'm happy to have finally gotten a picture of a bumble bee, and the fly that was a bonus.
