the gemsbok (oryx gazella) is a big antelope perfectly adapted to the life in the desert.an adult male can weight till 250kgs.

between the adaptations to the heat they have the possibility to increase a lot the body temperature avoiding to sweat.

their body can arrive till 45°C before they need to sweat.so big and heavily armed antelopes are safe from largest part of the predators.lions are the exception but also "the king" is used to hunt gemsbock at night using his sight advantage...the long horns can be deadly for everyone.

gemsbok herds are controlled from a dominant male but every year this male must to face the competition.

The Altes Museum am Lustgarten in Berlin's Mitte district is part of the building ensemble of the Museum Island and is therefore a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Commissioned by King Friedrich Wilhelm III. Built in 1825-1830 by Karl Friedrich Schinkel, it is one of the main works of German classicism. It is surrounded by the Berlin Cathedral to the east, the rebuilt Berlin Palace to the south and the Arsenal to the west. The Altes Museum is currently home to the antiquities collection and part of the coin cabinet.

The Solgryn began development in 1931 at the end of the Great Krypno-War, and the project was handed to the newborn Lanza-Astrecia faction when Holy Krypnicia was divided. Lanza-Astrecia was known for its enormous military presence on the third continent, with a large air force and navy to protect the mega-industrial centers turning tablescrap continents’ raw materials into machines and cities.

The D-68 was originally propeller-driven but the entire fuselage was redone following the innovation of jet engines in 1936. The plane was well-designed, and while it lacked the lightning speed of Lanza-Rodumecian and Yanza-Melorian jets, it boasted greater maneuverability and successful weapons.

The USAF Thunderbirds fly in formation this past Sunday at Airshow London. It was mostly an overcast day but the sun broke through during the highlight performance of the afternoon, illuminating the squadron of F16's on a backdrop of dark skies.
