Wikipedia: The Lockheed Martin–Boeing F-22 Raptor is an American twin-engine, jet-powered, all-weather, supersonic stealth fighter aircraft. As a product of the United States Air Force's Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF) program, the aircraft was designed as an air superiority fighter, but also incorporates ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence capabilities. The prime contractor, Lockheed Martin, built most of the F-22 airframe and weapons systems and conducted final assembly, while program partner Boeing provided the wings, aft fuselage, avionics integration, and training systems.

The M S 406 was a French Armee de l' Air fighter aircraft built by Morane Soulnier , starting in 1938 . Numerically it was France's most important fighter during the opening days of World War 2.

Although sturdy and highly manoeuvrable,`it was underpowered and poorly armed and no match for the Bf 109 during the Battle of France. The M S 406 held its own in the early stages of the war, but when the war started in earnest in 1940 losses to all causes amounted to approximately 400 aircraft. Out of a total of some 150 aircraft were lost to enemy fighters, many were destroyed on the ground.

M S Squadrons achieved 191 confirmed victories and another 83 probables. The type was more successful in Finnish and Swiss air forces, who developed them to a better degree.

This aircraft is seen at the Flying Legends Duxford UK.

The ideal solution for broke warlords, who can't even afford a squadron of TIE fighters ^^

I did change up what I think they were doing on the inside to add some strength.

The aging AX-9 "Gunfighter" was sorely in need of replacement in the late 2430's. Hyperius Industries, already cementing a great deal of rapport with the USMF for their "Aquila" class scout, proposed this design to fill the heavy fighter roll.

The "Scorpion" class was given its name for the large mandible-type protrusions from the front of the cockpit area. These armatures were needed to house the massive heavy repeating lasers. Typically, these weapons were used as point defense on capital ships, and no one but the brilliant minds at Hyperius would have dared mounting such fearsome weaponry on a one-man ship. In addition to the heavy repeating lasers, the "Scorpion" also features two gauss cannons mounted on the wings and a pair of missile launchers beneath.

Though a few components are shared between the "Scorpion" and it's smaller brother the "Aquila" (namely the protected cockpit/pilot housing) the "Scorpion" could not be more different. It is quickly becoming the go-to favorite of USMF dogfighting aces. The "Scorpion" is a fierce threat to enemy fighters and heavier craft as well.

The Vila-Desparador VL-1000 Thanatos (in Greek – “Death”) is a single-seat, carrier-capable twin-engine 5th-generation hipermaneuverable strike-fighter aircraft that uses stealth technology.

The fighter's primary missions are fighter escort, fleet air defense, suppression of enemy air defenses (SEAD), anti-shipping, air interdiction and close air support.

The Thanatos has four separate internal weapons bays, two on the bottom and sides of the fuselage. It can carry twelve compressed carriage medium range missile in the center bay and one short range missile in each of the two side bays.

While in its air-superiority configuration the VL-1000 carries its weapons internally, it is not limited to this option. The wings include at least ten hardpoints, four of them rated to handle 5,000 kg anti-ship missiles. However, use of external stores compromises the Thanatos stealth, and has a detrimental effect on maneuverability, speed, and range (unless external fuel is carried).

i am a fighter. i fight for my life, i fight for my next day, i fight for my mom, i fight for love, i fight for my next breath, i fight for my future, i fight to forget about my past, i fight to go through puberty, i fight with the devil to be religious, i fight with my mind & heart, i fight with my brain, i fight with my brother, i fight with God's words, i fight with everything and anything. i am a fighter and will continue to fight until i'm satisfied. this fight will never end because i will never be satisfied with who i am, where i am, where i stand, and what i'm doing. life is an endless fight.

This bizzare starship was concieved by blacktron scientists surveying a distant planet, who based the ship design on an ancient relic they found. One pilot, one dedicated gunner at the rear. 1 small anti-missle turret, and 1 large anti-fighter turret.

I had never heard of Shiptember before, likely because I haven't been a part of many LEGO Communities until this year. I don't currently have the parts to create a proper SHIP, but here is my first futuristic fighter attempt in a while.

I present, the Wasp! I don't particularly like the name, so any new suggestions would be appreciated! I was inspired by the Corporate Alliance Tank Droid set to create a rounded looking fighter. I'm not completely happy with it, and it has many areas for improvement.

Comments and suggestions welcome!

So I won the glow in the dark wolvie claws at the draft the other day. . .

From the first five minutes of the movie Lost in Space. As soon as I got back from watching it in the theaters I tried to build what has come to be known as the "Bubble fighter." I tried several years later, but it still wasn't accurate. However this time I had a reference image to look at, and finally built something I'm pleased with.

I think I'm almost done with this one... any suggestions?

Hey look! I'm back!

Sorta. Have had an insanely busy summer preparing for college and working on various things, including the book (which will be pushed back because I am going to try to get it published).

But this came to me rapidly once I got home for a few days, and although not my best work I thought I should share it. I'm still very much working on my previous WIP redesign of the SERAPH, but as an interim piece I thought I would toss something quick out.

So, this is the orbit fighter 'CAIRO.' Presumably it's some sort of heavy fighter/long range artillery weapon with advanced mobility. Weapons are a railgun and basic point-defense gear.

This is Part 2 of a -homework- assignment given to me by my friend Vasha. Also a fashion post! \o/

This fighter doesn't exist. It has an ejectable seat, flick fire missiles and other missiles. I know, lots of missiles, here's a video of it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=hd5H6bZNybU
