Shot of a crop field taken during a sunset walk , near the River Trent.

Vauxhall Fields is an area of water meadow that comes into the centre of the Welsh town of Monmouth, watered by the River Monnow.

On this first day of autumn, I drove by this sunflower field in Wyoming, USA. The farm house can be seen in the far distance below the mountains in the central portion of the image.

Frozen Fields at Nieuw Statenzijl - Groningen

Same place as previous upload, moved a few steps ahead and changed my 105mm for a 50mm ;-)

8-1-15 After traveling thru a portion of Prince Christian Sound in Southern Greenland aboard the MS Veendam. The Veendam had to travel through a massive ice field. The ship was only able to travel 1 to 5 knots going through the ice. Many times using the ships thrusters to move the ice away from the ship.

These rapeseed fields in spring in the midlands of Great Britian must be what Sting was refering too in his famous pop song. The lemon color bloom combined with blue skies and narrow byways are a painter's and photographers dream. Vincent Van Gogh would have enjoyed this area as much as southern France. I was lucky to be here years ago at the peak of spring. The crop is used to make canola oil and other products. I was also not used to the new pollens so I got a raging sinus infection. That is gone but good memories are still with me. .

The sky's were a changing quickly here, depending on which direction one looked.

I was very lucky with this shot,as these ladies were very busy taking selfies with in my pov and suddenly realised that, and apologised.I replied it didn't matter but could I take one with them in, hence the pose !

it was an overcast grey day, but the rain held off. the owner of the dairy farm explained that the cows really like it cool and suffer more in the heat than the cold.

A 6 mile walk I did from Robin Hoods Bay to Whitby, a very nice coastal walk, very muddy though.

One of the pictures I took of one of the wheat field we visited few days ago. i hope you like it.

The fields of poppy next to Großglattbach are a fixed date in my landscape photography calender. This has been my fifth visit this season. When I took the shot, all the flowers were in full bloom and there was some nice golden light, striving over the landscape.

An Amish family out in the field in late June mending fences. - if you zoom in you can se a child with the mom watching the father working.

I had to use my zoom to capture this in order to give them some respect to their dislike of being photographed. So I captured the story with less detail from the distance.

Happy Fence Friday and have a great weekend too!
