Old feed store in Cambridge, Idaho. I'm not sure whether it's still a feed mill or if it's used for something else. There was activity around, so someone is using it for something.

Went down to Leighton Moss RSPB today. I do like getting action images of Little Egret, especially with dark backgrounds as the exposure is a bit of a challenge. According to Lightroom... no burnout, so two full stops of neg exp compensation (6 thirds) is about right.
Hammo's squid wants feeding. I don't think it likes diesel like the robot does. I suspect it has it's after my microbes & flying planchettes.

The World Food Programme helps the Ministry of Education implement a nationwide school feeding programme, that is part of its policy of providing free basic education for all from pre-school to Grade 9. It aims to increase enrolment and attendance of school children, and increase learning capacity by providing a mid-morning meal at school. In 2009 the programme reached 224,000 students. Red piranha
(Pygocentrus nattereri)
See the rest of my shots from the Georgia Aquarium at this set
The red piranha is a freshwater fish found most often in the basins of the Amazon, Paraguay-Parana and Essequibo Rivers. This species prefers areas with dense vegetation such as creeks and interconnected ponds where they can easily hide and ambush their prey.
Piranhas feed communally in groups of 20-30 individual fish that attack prey in a feeding frenzy that is further stimulated by the presence of blood in the water. In addition to these carnivorous attacks, the red piranha scavenges for food such as insects, snails, worms and plants. They rarely attack humans, unless blood is present in the water. Those species that prey upon the red piranha include crocodiles, some birds, large catfish and large mammals such as jaguars.

Wild deer roam around this area and are quit popular amongst the tourists. You are free to play and feed them.
They sell a pack of "deer senbe" (rice crackers) for 150 yen for you to buy and feed the deer with.
As soon as they see you have the food in your hands, they approach you and rub their heads to your body signing that they want the food. They are quite aggressive but friendly at the same time.

In addition to rice congee, we feed him these organic "mum-mums" which is just rice crackers that melt in the month, specially formulated for infants.
For weeks now we just put it in his month and he struggles to use his mouth to eat it.. but today, he finally figured out his hands are great to use to push the cracker in! ha ha.
His brother had these crackers also when he was this age... in fact, HT likes it so much still, he still asks for it when we take it out for HV. ha ha ha.
