A tutti chiedo sempre di mandarmi un feedback (sostantivo)
1.Nel linguaggio tecnico e scientifico, processo per cui il risultato dall'azione di un sistema (apparecchio, dispositivo, o meccanismo) si riflette sul sistema stesso per correggerne o modificarne il comportamento.
2.In linguistica e anche in psicologia, effetto retroattivo di un messaggio o di un'azione su chi li ha promossi.
Ci teniamo a migliorare, ad offrire il miglior servizio, a farvi vivere una bella esperienza che si traduce nell'investimento per il futuro.
A Phuket attualmente il mercato offre solo escursioni di qualità "standard" per non voler offendere nessuno, uno standard basato sulle aspettative di turisti CINESI visto che purtroppo abbiamo solo questi!
I Cinesi li conosciamo tutti, sappiamo come "lavorano", come si muovono, etc...
Noi proponiamo tours di qualità ma soprattutto IN SICUREZZA!

So, this is the negative feedback that the seller left me. As you can see, he's a liar. You can see from my other screenshot that he listed the CD as a BK03. He also replied to my PM query and confirmed that it was a BK03. yet he ships me a BK02 and then has the gall to tell me that I got what I ordered?
And the sad thing is, discogs left this negative review in place.
note: the pending review is the 2nd review I have requested of this negative feedback. My prior request was obviously removed after discogs staff looked at it and decided that the seller was right.
2nd note: discogs gives you only 255 characters to explain why you are requesting a review on negative feedback, which is simply not enough to explain things. You can't add screenshots, and there is no other way to contact discogs staff//admins. This same seller has some similar things to other buyers.

During my keynote presentation at the Durham Blackboard Users conference (7th January 2014) I asked the audience what their organisation's mission was.
Today was all rainy and gloomy and I was stuck at home. I did my usual stuff - finished orders, surfed the Etsy forums, worked on UEN stuff, tidy up a little.
It was generally a boring day, TILL I saw the feedback! That really made my day. It makes me very happy to read feedbacks like these.
I get a handful of these feedbacks from my regulars (you know who you are! ;p), and it always brightens up my gloomy day.
