Patient Feedback Survey Kiosks
Finding out how well your service is being received by your patients has gone hi-tech with NHS Patient Satisfaction Survey Kiosks. Patient feedback can be gained with a choice of mobile tablet devices, wall mount, desk mount and free-standing touch screen kiosks.
Example of a positive (+) affordance that is also a signifier.
Feedback is provided to the user if key is the correct key for the lock (green light).

“Your poems should be more positive,”
By a ‘critic’ I was informed.
“It seems in negativity, you bask.”
I thanked him for his insight
And his incisive interpretations—
“But if it’s your opinion I’m seeking…I’ll ask.”
He said to add more humor— We all could use a laugh.
“Your wordplay can touch some very sensitive nerves.
You should cut down all that nasty stuff at the minimum, by half.”
Some optimism is what every poem deserves--
Again, I pretended to contemplate
His freely offered advice.
I thanked him again his opinion for sharing.
“I’ll seriously take your comments under advisement,” I said,
Assuming the expression of someone honestly caring.
As we parted, I reminded him how every opinion counts,
And how insightful were these observations of his.
He just smiled, saying: “Now, you’re just jerking my chain!”
I said: “Great. You really do know what sarcasm is!”

This still image was made pointing a video camera towards a television. This creates a feedback loop. Anything inbetween camera and tv will be replicated in some ways involving rotation, zooming, replication, etc.
