SPIC MACAY is a national movement to promote indian classical music and culture among youth. It works with children and students in schools and colleges. Every year 3000+ concerts and performances conducted in schools and colleges in India and beyond. This movement started over 30 years ago, initiated by Dr. Kiran Seth and has contributed immensely to light the spirit of culture among children.. Long live such movements !!.

This is my first attempt at professional looking portraits including a flash in a small, portable softbox (16x16 inches). I don´t have any experience with portraits and ask you to give me some advice what I could do better (or what did I do right).

As part of London Food Link’s Urban Food Fortnight, Feedback and EFFECT presented a Disco Soup at Mercato Metropolitano.
Organised to highlight the issue of food waste, the day saw an army of volunteers turn a metric ton of surplus veg into soup for around 1000 Londoners, with music supplied by Ministry of Sound DJs.

A Phuket attualmente il mercato offre solo escursioni di qualità "standard" per non voler offendere nessuno, uno standard basato sulle aspettative di turisti CINESI visto che purtroppo abbiamo solo questi!
I Cinesi li conosciamo tutti, sappiamo come "lavorano", come si muovono, etc...
Noi proponiamo tours di qualità ma soprattutto IN SICUREZZA!

Fotoshooting für das Albumcover & Musikvideodrehaufnahmen der Band "Django 3000"!
Nun dürfen auch wir das gut gehegte Geheimnis endlich Lüften! Eine Band auf dem Weg nach ganz oben, mit "Sony Music Entertainment Germany" als support! "Django 3000", ein lässig groovendes Quartett aus Bayern, mit einem Gipsy-Disco Soundmix, bringt die Tanzböden Europas und Russlands zum beben. Ihr drittes Album „Bonaparty“, das am 30. Januar 2015 erscheinen wird, hat entsprechend Wodka, Tabak und Kaviar im Blut.
Und auch wir durften bei den Vorbereitungen hierfür mit unseren Dekokonzepten mitmischen!
Die Fotoshootings für das Albumcover wurden direkt hier in unserem Hause im "Artillusion Manor - Herrenhaus der Künste!" von dem jungen nachwuchs Fotografen "David Schlichter" (www.davidschlichter.de/ - Fotograf & Videoproduzent der Band Killer Pilze) und sein Team aufgenommen!
Die Drehaufnahmen für das neue und brandaktuelle Musikvideo der Band fanden in der herrlichen und unglaublich schönen "Schaezlerpalais - Deutsche Barockgalerie" in Augsburg, mit dessen äußerst aufwendig vergoldeten Stuckarbeiten, ... statt. Der Schaezlerpalais - Deutsche Barockgalerie wäre eine private Besichtigungstour wert und ist wirklich besonders empfehlenswert (www.kunstsammlungen-museen.augsburg.de/index.php?id=20164).

I was attending a two day workshop on how to conduct team reviews after companies have ran its development dialogues. Then my colleague Thomas suggested to use a simple tool for feedback on the quality of the training. The tool works fine in brief meetings as well.
1. Ask all meeting participants reflect for 30 seconds on the quality of the meeting.
2. Participants must choose one or two of the fingers' topics.
3. Take the round.
There are five fingers to choose from (suprise!):
Thumb: What was good? What did you find really useful?
Index finger: What was mind provoking, making you reflect or see things from a different point of view?
Middle finger: What did you not like? (as in "sod off")
Ring finger: What kind of new network or relations to people did you gain from this meeting that you value?
Little finger: What was you hoping for in this meeting that you didn't get?
Result: The person having chaired the meeting takes out at least some impression of the value of the meeting as experienced by those attending.
Week Two: Critical Instructor feedback please!! The artist is Gonzalez...The little bird is actually paper..torn from a magazine. It's his original painting added to mine...his painting is only the bird..my uneven surface is created with modeling paste. There are several layers, on wood panel and I learned a lot about glazing. The feathers on his are so amazing and it was very hard to duplicate...not sure I was successful, but I learned a lot. My feathers feel too heavy...thank you for critiquing.
