Our youth groups are going through an event called 30hr famine this weekend. It is a world vision event that allows groups to fast from food for 30hrs to understand what children in impoverished countries feel. The event raises awareness of hunger issues around the world while also raising money for the same issue. It is an awesome event that really impacts youth in a powerful way.

This week I really wanted to do a long exposure of cars driving down the highway, but time was running out and I had just bought this hula hoop at a silent auction, so I decided to try to get the perfect shot of my son hula hooping.

i've been in hamburg to visit the www.bitfilm-festival.org and the crazy motherfuckers where i layed my head down to sleep are involved in planning a oldtimer rallytour to the orient and they were doing a professionell photoshooting for their website. it was'nt me who was the professional photographer but since i know most of these people i took many pictures as well. it was a sunny day in a car workshop with happy people.

04.22.2009 -- Today was Earth Day. Unfortunately i didn't get any cool Earth Day photos, but I did get a lot of free stuff at my company's earth day celebration. =] After work I went to the gym and then watched Fast and Furious with my friends. Came home and decided to let my turtle out for a walk and here he is. He was a little camera shy tonight. However, one time I let him out and he zoomed all over the back yard moving much more quickly than my roommates bunny. =]
