Shyness is a kind of phobia that is produced from the fear that what others will think about me, will they have a bad impression in me? etc...

First of all, we should know that what is confidence before building it. Can you give me a definition of confidence? Is confidence meant that I am bigger than others, I have more abilities and no one is up to me? Is this confidence? Never!
Confidence is the ability to understand that I I don't want to compare myself to others. The enlightenment that my talents are not for comparison. Comparing is never good to us and the time to stop it is over.

We will face many consequences because of less confident. For eg: just imagine you have to present a speech in front of a stage where the is many people formed. You will become nervous when the time has arrived. You will make mistakes even if you had prepared them well. Your speech will go flop and you will never try to participate in such performance again.
This is common and the only solution for it is to be confident. Your fear will decrease according to your confidence.
4 tips to increase confidence
1. Identify yourself
You should have perfect knowledge of what you are good at. If you are interested then put a comment then I can write posts according to your needs. Think and find the talent in you. Don't say that I don't have any talent because everyone is gifted something special. But, most of us are not trying to find the hidden talent in us. Improve it after finding what is it.
Practice it and be an expert on your field. You should not suffer from the fear of failure. Most of us, even you who reads this post have a problem which is called fear of failure.
You cannot perform a thing which you are good at because of a lack of confidence and shyness. You will limit yourself from doing it. And to avoid this shyness you should find yourself.
If you are getting an opportunity to express your talent then don't be fear just whisper in your mind that ‘I am confident and I can perform it well’ for 10 seconds and your confidence will go to the next level. This practice will increase your confidence to 2x.
I too was having the problem of shyness but I had defeated it by using this method. Tell yourself that you are confident and surprisingly you are confident now!
Always have good knowledge of your talent and always work on it and make it perfect.
2. Love rejections
There will be many people to make you mentally down by saying that you can't do the thing that you had decided to do. They will repeat to us that don't do it and not create problems for yourself. Some of us will listen to them and will give up their try.
If you had done so then, not repeat it. Don't reply to them until you achieve success in it. Answer them by your success. That is the thing! You will miss many opportunities by following these types of people.
Many successful people had also shared about this several times. If you are still following them then you are a fool. Now you may think why I said to love rejections. I had said to love rejections because you can do your maximum by taking revenge on such a person in your mind and can do better. Also, You will get a bigger opportunity to express your talent.
3. Stop Comparison
Don't compare yourself with others at any circumstances. You are making a bad impression on yourself by doing the comparison. The comparison will lead to failures. You will stop yourself from everything. Don't care if anyone compares you. But, you should not compare yourself and others.
And understand that the one you are comparing made his/her skills with a lot of hard work.
Instead of comparing just think how did they improve their skill and follow some tips of them if you are interested in that field. Don't drop your goal by comparing yourself to others. You can increase your confidence and save your time by stopping comparison.

4. Make a good posture
You can increase your confidence by making your posture look good. A bad impression will be created when you are sitting or standing in a very bad posture. Imagine how it will be when you are seeing a man whose posture is awful? You will give a sudden bad mark to that guy.
The same thing will happen to you. If you are in a good posture then your confidence automatically increases. The opposite will happen when you are in a bad posture. Always stand and sit straight, look up and be confident. This will make your confidence to a high level. Remember to keep eye contact with the person you are speaking.

You should be yourself to all then, confidence will be produced automatically. You should not act or be duplicate to others. Show the character who you are and don't try to hide your talent. Don't care what they will think just move on and achieve success. Don't forget to be a real person!

Affirmations are confirming that what we are or the statement which we give to ourself.
We are using it unknowingly but, most of the time it will be negative. for eg: when you are going to talk to someone you will say to yourself that I am not confident. Even though you are saying to yourself or to your friends your subconscious mind will believe it.
So guess what? You are giving information or program that you have no confidence to talk to someone and eventually you'll become that. Instead of that give positive affirmations to your subconscious mind. In this case, repeat that I am confident several times.
Even though you're not confident, your subconscious mind will believe it. Because our subconscious mind does not know which is real or fake. The big proof for it is fear of seeing a horror film. Our conscious mind knows that is just a film and our subconscious is feared of it because it doesn't know. We should utilize this week point.
But just saying this for 2 times will not affect. You should repeat it with a strong belief. Give some time to do affirmation every day.
Just for 2 minutes.
How to do it?
1.set up a goal for affirmation
2. Then repeat this ‘I am successful’ for several times. You should say I am successful not I will be successful. Because that's a future content and your brain will not focus in it.
The big benefit of this is your fear of failure will be disappeared.
