The stars of every powwow are the fancy dancers. Nothing can match the spirited movements and flashing colors of the fancy dancers. This dancer with the Spirit Wind Powwow Dancers was from the Shoshone nation.

I had this photo in my archives for quite some time, but wasn't really happy with it until I tried the Orton effect which brought out the colors and textures more and made it a little dreamy! What do you think? :)

Wilbur Muenster, who is 86, adopted our little Fancy Pants. The two of them are going to spend a lot of time together and Fancy Pants is going to gets lots of TLC and affection.
Mandy decided to have a Medieval themed Fancy Dress Party so we did. We got some music to and had a "blow" at the same time. There was some serious creative work going on here!
Fancy and decidedly non-Argentinian dining at a sidewalk cafe in Recoleta. This would be stuffed portobellos and langoustines in some sort of fried potato concoction.
Recoleta is one of the more Parisian neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires so I think they were going for a similar type of cuisine.

Afternoon tea dance was once very common in the 50s and 60s. It was the most popular entertainment for the older generation in Hong Kong. Nowadays, as night club and other venus for afternoon tea dance shut down, elderly can only show their fancy moves on the street, sharing their precious memories about old Hong Kong within their social circle.
