The island of Samothrace in the Aegean sea is considered a mystic place since millennium BC, with a unique combination of flora, forest, waterfall systems and little lakes.
Fengari, or Saos, is the tallest mountain on the island with an elevation of 1611 metres. The day we decided to hike up the mountain, its unique forest was covered in mist, making everything seem like a fairy tale. It was beginning of May and we had the whole island for ourselves. On our descent, we saw in the mist a fallen tree that resembled a mantis.

Na podzim 31. října 2021 se uskutečnila na Tisovské Zubačce zvláštní jízda s parní lokomotivou TIVc 4296 (na tento den přeznačená jako 40.006). Parní lokomotiva zvládala jízdu z posledních sil, ale zvláštní jízdy pro fotografy bohužel nedojezdila a pro velký únik vody byla na posledním obratu z Tisovce do Zbojské vyměněna za karkulku T 444.1082.
Na snímku je Karkulka zachycena asi kilometr od Zbojské při zpáteční cestě do Tisovce v podzimní krajině Národního parku Muránské planiny. Celou scénu snímku dokreslují dvě kravičky, které dělali počas focení fotografům společnost svým pózováním.
