Taste Of Chaos 03/11/07

It is a first for me, but I have never felt guilty about photographing anything, untill today. I was on my way home when I saw a gentleman studying a stand of Himalayan Balsam. I knew the man to be a fellow wildlife photographer so I just had to find out what he was up to. After a brief introduction, I asked, and Bill explained that he was waiting for a yellow tailed hoverfly to settle so he could make a shot. To cut a longish storey short Bill didn't get his shot as time ran out for him so he left and I got lucky, (after many failed attempts). Thanks for the find Bill, I owe you one.

Some one trying to show off their big tires... Plenty of empty parking slots, but they decided to park on some plowed snow...

this pic would make an excellent fail pic.

total fail on my 365. i had to move house twice in the space of a week, on top of working and various, so time just vanished on me. plus, not having internet for a few days didn't help.

What you are looking at here is my computer! It is dead but luckily its just the motherboard. Still it sucks as it is was my work beast that controlled my RAID which has ALL my photos on it :(

Using this spare computer really makes me appreciate multiple cored processors!

Do you have to put money in the meter if it reads "fail?"

That's what you get when you fail to follow directions... Making holes in hollow beads on form when the clay is unhardened will screw the form, plus the second hardening distorded the beads.

We banded four at Broadway, 3 females and 1 male. I was actually holding the chicks while Matt put the bands on, so the only pic I got this year was of the abandoned egg.

A battery in a very old keyboard attachment for a tablet, failed. One of the cells swelled up and somehow leaked enough to corrode its electrical contact. The protection circuit also kicked in to prevent it from charging the pack, thus avoiding a catastrophic failure.

yes both light are on at the same time this was not taken at the point of the light change.

The second I finished writting this a wave came up and wiped most of it away.
